LAVIOR Return & Refund Policy

At LAVIOR, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy carefully.

30-Day Return Policy (U.S. Orders)

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, unworn, and in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Returns must be approved before being sent back

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@lavior.com within 72 hours of delivery.

To qualify for a replacement or refund:

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photos of the item and packaging

Once reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for return or replacement at no additional cost to you.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Exchanges for different products are not available. If approved, a replacement of the same item will be shipped once the original item is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products

  • Items not in original packaging

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


International Orders

  • International orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds

  • If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number

  • Approved incorrect-item returns will be handled at no cost to you

Duties & Customs Fees:
All international customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees. These charges are not refundable.


How to Start a Return

To request a return or report an issue, email us at info@lavior.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for the request

  • Photos (if applicable)

Our support team will respond within 3–5 business days with next steps.
