Return Policy
If you purchased products from LAVIOR directly, we offer a 30-Day Money Back guarantee (from ship date) on all skin care products. You can return the products back to LAVIOR for a full refund of the purchase price. You are responsible for all shipping costs back to LAVIOR. We recommend you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post, for your protection, to ensure prompt delivery.
All authorized returns must be in their original, unopened, unworn packaging. Once the return has been received and reviewed, customers will be sent a digital store credit for their next purchase. Please allow 7 business days for the return to be processed once it is received at our warehouse.
If an item is missing from an order or damaged in transit, the issue must be submitted on the Returns page within 72 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement item. Customers are asked to upload a photo(s) and a description of the damages, then a downloadable PDF will be emailed with a return shipping label. Once the item is received and inspected, a replacement item will be shipped to the customer.
Exchanges
LAVIOR will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, submit your request in the form provided, send us an email at info@lavior.com or call us at (305) 627-3680.

Shipping Information
All orders are processed within one business day whenever possible. Customer orders placed between Friday 2:00 PM EST through Sunday, 11:59 PM PST will be processed and shipped on the following Monday. A shipping email confirmation will be sent once your order ships and it will have all your relevant order details, as well as tracking information. Depending on the shipping method selected, arrival times will vary.
International Orders
Returns: International orders are not eligible for returns unless the wrong item is received.
Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days with your order number and a photo.
Return Process: We’ll provide instructions for returning the incorrect item at no cost to you. Once we receive and confirm the return, we’ll process your refund or send the correct item.
Refunds: No refunds on international orders.
Duty and Customs Fees Policy: When placing an order with us, please be aware that all duty and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Responsibility: Customers are liable for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may be incurred upon the arrival of the package in their country.
Shipping: We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount.
