Lavior No Reselling Policy
To protect the integrity of the Lavior brand and ensure customers receive authentic products through authorized channels, Lavior strictly prohibits the unauthorized resale of any Lavior products.
Only individuals or businesses that have been formally approved by Lavior and have signed an Authorized Reseller Agreement may resell Lavior products. Approved resellers must receive written authorization from Lavior prior to offering any Lavior products for sale on any platform, including but not limited to online stores, marketplaces, social media platforms, or physical retail locations.
Any individual or business that purchases Lavior products without authorization and attempts to resell them will be considered in violation of Lavior’s Resale Policy.
Unauthorized resale may result in one or more of the following actions:
Immediate revocation of purchasing privileges
Order cancellation and refusal of future sales
Removal requests or takedown notices on marketplaces or websites
Legal action to protect Lavior’s brand, intellectual property, and distribution rights
Lavior reserves the right to monitor sales channels and enforce this policy at its sole discretion.
If you are interested in becoming an Authorized Lavior Reseller, you must first obtain written approval from Lavior and sign the required reseller authorization agreement. Only after receiving formal authorization may Lavior products be marketed or resold.
Any resale of Lavior products without written approval from Lavior is strictly prohibited and subject to enforcement actions, including potential legal proceedings.
